This module we begin to talk about “healthy games” and games that improve your health. My friend Dan and I were talking about this module, thinking of ideas together and we thought it would be super cool to have a game that gets children ready for bed and helps them to have a better nights sleep, I also thought it would be cool to have a game that helps children learn the anatomy of their own body at a younger age. I know that I didn’t really know a lot about the body until middle/high school.
I went to Medline Plus, and went to the bedtime games section, where it then brought me to a page which presented me with a very interesting game about the anatomy of the human body, much like the game operation that I’m sure everyone played when they were little!

I also found a very child friendly website called learning games for kids. This website lets children pick from crosswords, matching the body parts, word searches, jigsaw puzzles, and labeling games.

SWOT analysis:
Strengths: These games are super kid friendly and easy to navigate, it is also very informative.
Weaknesses: It does not go too far into depth with the body parts, it is more of just knowing the parts themselves.
Opportunities: These games give children the chance to learn their own body parts, where they are located inside the body, and some of the main functions.
Threats: More for younger children and not targeted towards the early teen age group.
