The first app I chose to review was an app called Headspace. This app walks you through the beginning steps of meditation, kind of for beginners. When you first download the app, it asks you what you plan on using the app for, I chose falling asleep, reducing anxiety, and stress.

I like this app because it really walks you through the beginning steps of meditation, especially for people who have never been into meditation before. I also like that the app is kid friendly as well. It is very user friendly to anyone that wishes to use it.

My favorite part about ‘Headspace” is that it addresses the things that YOU want to strengthen as an individual like improving sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, and becoming more comfortable with yourself in general.
The second app that I reviewed was another meditation app called “Calm”. This is another meditation app as well. I like this app because just like headspace, it only takes ten minutes out of your day to take some time and focus on yourself and what you need to work on as an individual. Some people that reviewed this app said that it worked well to help them seep better at night which is what I used it for.
